Kamilini Mukharji was born on 4th March 1980 in Kolkata, India. She debuted in a Hindi film, she has appeared in South Indian Movie as well. She was also seen TV ads of brands like Neelkamal, Ayush.

Kamilinee debuted in Phir Milenge in the year 2004. she played Shilpa Shett's younger sister in the move. It was a great success at box office. However she was not noticed in her performance as a girl whose older sister has been tested positive for HIV. In the same year she was debuted in Telugu Movie Anand.
